Returns & Exchange Policy

At Coco Turtle, your happiness is our priority! We offer an EASY EXCHANGE policy to ensure you love your purchase.

1. Exchange Policy

·         Exchange request need to be within 3 days of the delivery of the product, beyond which unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

Once we receive and examine the returned product, the exchange item will be dispatched within 48 hours. Exchange product will be delivered in 6 to 7 days after dispatch.

·         Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

·         No exchanges are allowed for products purchased during promotional offers or final sale.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact our team at support@coco-turtle.com to initiate an exchange.
  2. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send the new product/credit code (within 48 hours).
  4.  Refunds are only provided in the form of a credit note if a size exchange is not available.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.


2. No Monetary Refunds

We DO NOT provide MONETORY refunds or cash refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • A clear package opening video is required as proof to process your claim.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.

Claims without a package opening video will not be accepted.

4.Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly request customers to review their orders carefully before placing them. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be eligible for a monetary refund.
Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit, exchange, or other support at our discretion to help provide the best possible customer experience.
