Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid Orders): Free (Delivery in 5-7 business days).
  • Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery): ₹149(Delivery 7-9 business days).
  • Express Shipping: ₹199 (Delivery 2-3 business days).

    Orders placed on Saturday will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Sunday.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Coco Turtle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipping: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To confirm and process all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment ("Confirmation Amount") is required at the time of placing the order. Your order will only be processed once this payment is successfully received.

Non-Refundable Confirmation Amount

The Confirmation Amount is strictly non-refundable if the order is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Refusal to accept the delivery.

  • Customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to respond to the courier partner.

  • Any other reason that results in the order being returned to Coco Turtle.

The Confirmation Amount is collected to cover a portion of the shipping, packaging, payment processing, and operational costs incurred in processing and dispatching the order.

Re-shipping of Returned COD Orders

If you wish to have a returned COD order shipped again, the order will be re-dispatched only after:

  • Payment of the applicable shipping charges (if any); and

  • Payment of a new Confirmation Amount, as determined by Coco Turtle.

Coco Turtle reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated order refusals or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
