Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (Prepaid Orders): Free (Delivery in 6-7 business days).
• Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery): ₹149(Delivery 6-7 business days).
• Express Shipping: ₹200 (Delivery 2-3 business days).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

• No COD services will be available for cart value of  ₹1000 & below.
  
  
• Orders placed on Saturday will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Sunday.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Coco Turtle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipping: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
